Clarion University Sports Medicine Department Staff Contact Information / Visiting Teams
The Sports Medicine staff at Clarion University are board certified, licensed health care professionals who are charged with the responsibility for all matters pertaining to the health and welfare of the varsity student-athlete within the Athletic Department. Our goal is to provide world-class patient care and education in the areas of injury evaluation, management, rehabilitation, medical referral, return to play decisions, nutritional needs and any matters that would affect the health and safety of the student-athlete. As part of a complete health-care team, the three (3) full-time Certified Athletic Trainers, two (2) Certified Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainers and a number of Supervised Athletic Training Students work under the direction of a licensed team physician and in cooperation with other health care professionals, athletics administrators, coaches and parents. Our staff will strive to utilize all resources available to promote the success of the Golden Eagles Athletic Teams and the University.
