Christina (Tillotson) Sheets begins her ninth year as Assistant Swimming Coach at her alma mater.

Tillotson had a remarkable career as a breaststroke, I.M. and freestyle specialist with the Golden Eagles. From 1996-99 she was a 5-time NCAA Division II national champion and a 28-time D-II All-American (the NCAA maximum ). Christina won individual NCAA titles in 1998 and 1999 in the 200 I.M., along with three relay titles. Of her 28 A-A placings she placed 2nd nine times, third 3-times, fourth 3-times and fifth 4-times. During those seasons Clarion placed third as a team at the NCAA's in 1998, 4th in 1999 and 97 and 5th in 1996.

In her PSAC career Tillotson won 18 PSAC titles, was named the PSAC "Swimmer of the Year" in 1998 and 99, and PSAC "Rookie of the Year" in 1996. She owned Clarion records in the 100 breaststroke, 100 and 200 I.M. and two relays. She earned Clarion Female "Athlete of the Year" honors three straight years (1999-97) and led Clarion to PSAC titles in 1998, 97 and 96.

An outstanding student, Tillotson was a 4-year Clarion and PSAC "Scholar Athlete", and named to the PSAC Academic "Top 10" in 1999 and 98. She graduated with honors (3.83 GPA) in Elementary Education in 1999 and earned an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship. She attended Ball State University (1999-2000) and studied Sports Administration.

A native of York, Pa. and a 1995 graduate of Dallastown High School, she spent 4 years on the swimming and track and field teams.

She is married to Dave Sheets and they have a son Ben and twin daughters Elizabeth and Alaina.
