INDIANA - The Clarion University women's volleyball team swept past IUP 3-0 (30-17, 30-22, 30-28) Tuesday night at IUP. Christina Steiner and Sarah Fries combined for 37 kills and 13 digs. Steiner had 19 kills and eight digs and Fries had 18 kills and five digs. Kristi Fiorillo added 44 assists and seven digs, Tressa Dvorsky five block and Vicky Gentile 19 digs. Clarion returns to action Saturday when it hosts Edinboro at 1 p.m. on Senior Day in the regular-season finale. |
